Are you looking for a way to visualize your architecture projects? I offer you the possibility to see your projects before they are realized with 3D renders. Along with them, you'll be able to see spatialities, textures, shadows, colors, and more.

My name is Matias Clausse, and I am an Architect with 4 years of experience in residential architecture and interior design. My projects are meticulously crafted both on the exterior and interior, and for that, I offer a realistic 3D rendering service.

MY WORKFLOW

— Receiving architectural plans and models from clients (they should include measurements, heights, desired technical specifications). The price for houses up to 50m2 is $15. Plans (dwg) Model (skp, 3ds)
— Showing clients a selection of textures and colors that complement the desired design. This is achieved with a Moodboard that I provide for the same price. If material choices are already made, please provide a list.
— Creating the 3D model.
— Applying materials, textures, lights, and a simple landscape design.
— Producing a simplified render for client review (using textures chosen by the client).
— Creating the final render with graphic enhancements.

For $15, I will produce the final render of 2 high-quality exterior images for houses up to 50m2. I will deliver the files in .jpeg or .PDF format.

Following the same approach as the basic offer, I propose to create a 3D render for your house with up to 100m2.

Create a 3D model for houses to 50m2 and then render it - $20

For $20, I offer to create a 3D model based on the plans for a house of up to 50m2 and then render it using my initial proposal.

Create a 3D model for houses up to 100m2 - $35

For $35, I offer to create a 3D model based on the plans the client delivers for a house of up to 100m2.

For $35, I offer to create a 3D model based on the plans the client delivers for a house of up to 100m2.

Create a 3D model for houses up to 200m2

Create a 3D render for houses up to 200m2 - $55

Following the same approach as the basic offer, I propose to create a 3D render for your house with up to 200m2.
