Here is what my offer entails:

Within this proposition, I will transform your simple 2D floor plan design into realistic, high quality rendered or textured plans featuring authentic floor textures and meticulously furnished spaces.

This offer is for one (1) floor plan only and you have the option to select additional floor plans from the available extras.

1 plan = €30
1 plan + 1 additional plan = €55
1 plan + 2 additional plans = €85
1 plan + 3 additional plans = €115
1 plan + 4 additional plans = €130

It is important to note that this service is limited to an area of approximately 300 square meters or 3200 square feet. Below, you have the option to select the extra for higher square area.

Please note that I'm not offering an architecture design service from scratch. My service is to present your already done architecture design (in 2D format) in a way that's attention grabbing and captivating.

Presenting your designs like this is a good marketing tool and a way to sell your project to the layman.

My work process is as follows:

1. Provide the architectural design (2d floor plan in jpeg or pdf format) and a follow-up instruction to texture it.
Any of the below listed formats for the floor plan design is acceptable as well;
- scanned hand sketches (jpeg, pdf, png)
- PDF
- JPEG
- PNG
- DWG
- RVT
- Blend
- SKP
Should you have alternative formats, we can engage in a discussion to accommodate your preferences.

Material schedules and color schemes you wish to be incorporated should be shared as well.

2. After all information I need is provided to me, I commence my work.

3. Following the completion of the project, I will submit it for your feedback.
This submission will be available in either PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. Each submission will include fully furnished spaces and meticulously textured areas, along with a spatial legend, all at no additional cost.

For this service, you are entitled to five (5) revisions. In the event of any necessary revisions post-submission, steps 3 and 4 will be reiterated until the outcome aligns with your satisfaction.

After you're content with the delivered product, the order will be deemed complete.

Please take note that the delivery format (PDF, JPEG, or PNG) will be determined in accordance with your preferences, as mutually agreed upon.
